Large and small research projects are conducted by the section from time to time in co-ordination with the manuscript collection of institute collections and Braj's folk and tribal traditions in relation to the newly created aspects under various disciplines of indology, university vision and culture studies. The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Government of India, is working on a five-year research project titled 'Yug-Yugin Srikrishna: Vyapati and References', after the completion of the Braj Culture Encyclopedia Project in four sections.
In the year 2020-21, the section will organize seminars, lectures and exhibitions etc. under the Vrindavan Kumbha Research Project, in order of its various research activities.
